G Lee is a first class Honours medical graduate of the University of Sydney and has worked in various clinics around Sydney. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

 

He has been at the Ashfield clinic since 2002 and prior to that at Campsie, Hurstville and Bankstown.

Things to consider when you book and when you are here.

 

Gordon Lee bulk bills all eligible Medicare Card holders.  Please be sure to sign your voucher each time you leave.

 

Please help us to identify you with a name, DOB, address and telephone number in addition to your Medicare Card. Please also always keep us up to date with your emergency contact and a next of kin. Please be sure to update us of any changes to your details each visit.

 

Your information is always kept private and confidential. 

 

If you have come from another practice and wish to transfer your file across, please let staff know by filling out an Authority Form

Urgent Symptoms

 

If you are experiencing chest pains, shortness of breath or dizziness, let our staff know and something will be done to assist you.'

 

If you are badly bleeding or may have broken a bone let staff know as well.
